Payment is required in full to enable order.

Cancellation

As all items are made to order in India, cancellation fees may apply. Cancellation must be in writing to your consultant.

Product Return

Should any item be faulty, please return it to your consultant within 30 days of receipt.

Delivery

All items are made to order in India and shipped to Australia for distribution by consultants. Average delivery time is approximately three weeks. Customers will be advised within 7 business days of any potential delays due to manufacturing delays or unavailability of stock.

Orders are currently accepted for delivery to Australia only, shipping to other countries will be available in the near future.
